AmeriChip International, Inc. Appoints Second Independent Director

AmeriChip International, Inc. (OTCBB: ACII) announced today that Mr. William M. Donovan has been appointed to the Board of Directors of AmeriChip International, Inc., effective immediately.
The appointment of Mr. Donovan is commensurate with the Company's commitment to becoming NASDAQ compliant, especially with the NASDAQ stock market rule, which requires a company's board to consist of a majority of independent directors.

Mr. Donovan has served as general counsel for AmeriChip International since 2006 and has been admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is licensed to appear before the United States Tax Court, Unite States Court of Appeals -- 2nd and 6th Circuits, United States Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and Western District of Michigan.
William M. Donovan has garnered extensive experience as a corporate and trial litigator with more than 30 years experience, Mr. Donovan and his firm, The Donovan Law Group, have represented public and private companies in a variety of negotiated transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Shareholder and Partnership Agreements, Corporate Resolution Documents, Buy-Sell Agreements, Real Estate Transactions, Construction Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation, Shareholder and Partner Disputes Business Planning.
William M. Donovan has extensive experience as a litigator with both board room and courtroom experience, a degree in accounting, and a license as a real estate broker..
Mr. Donovan received Juris Doctoris (Cum Laude) from the University of Detroit College of Law and Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from the University of Detroit.
