Here are a few more notes from the CC:

- The DVM-500 is $1-$2K cheaper than the competitors.
- Competitors that have products that fit into double DIN locations but double DIN is disappearing from cars.
- Competitor units take 2-3 hours to install whereas theirs takes less than 1 hour to install.
- The wireless download option is enabling them to break into larger police departments.
- They just started to get into homeland security. Homeland security will probably have a longer sales cycle.
- There are 450K police vehicles in existence now. Half of those have no video recording device. Each year 70K new cars are purchased. They are selling at a rate of 10K units/year so they are only outfitting ~15% of the new vehicles that are purchased each year and that doesn't include the existing vehicles. They expect that eventually video recording devices will be in 100% of the police cars.
- As of the end of 2007 they had roughly 10% of the small to medium size law enforcement departments in the US as customers. They think they can get to 30-35% in another year.
- They can produce as many as 1,500 DVM-500 units/month without a second shift.
- They are reducing raw material costs by buying components in larger quantities. Also, an engineer that they recently hired is helping them get better prices.
- We should expect more analyst coverage soon.
- They expect that 83% of their 2008 revenue will be domestic and 17% will be international.
