Good question. Any attorneys out there who would care to render an opinion?

Can the interest of the stockholders be represented at the hearing? What if an "appearance of collusion or conflict of interest" can be shown (proved?)between Ampex and Hillside at the hearing? Can the judge replace the existing management, including the present BOD, with one that will truly represent the stockholders?

All that's being asked from the very beginning is that management be honest, truthful, more transparent, open and provide full disclosure of its actions to its stockholders.

How can the present management keep their jobs after failing miserably in their responsibilities to its stockholders... and loosing its trust.

If they had any decency left, they should all submit their resignations instead of being thrown out.
