Some? 600 12.5 contracts at a buck something a share? Looks like a very merry xmas at Wayne's house! Anyway, if one were to write covered calls for Jan exp., what are the chances of being called out before Jan if the price goes above the strike before then? I'm considering a tax strategy, but it only works if I don't get called until Jan. I would guess that nearly all options are exercised in the last week before exp, but I may be way off here, so any thoughts on this would be most welcome. TIA
