Yeah! I think Yoo stopped a little shy of "die". If we caused an organ to fail, then it would be torture too. So, in theory, we could beat a prisoner about the kidneys until he was pissing blood. As long a the organ was still "working", it wasn't torture! Or we could rape them repeatedly with cylindrical objects anally! Not torture! I wish we had a transcript or recording of Bush, Cheney, Rice and the rest determining the "rules".
