Dear Jim: Be careful when talking Percentages. If the base is small any increase is a big percentage. Studies show only the newbie to computers begins in the sub 1,000 market then graduates to upgrade. Liken it to starting life off with a cheap auto and then upgrade. Of course the business environment uses the upgrade right off. I am not downing the sub 1,000 market, I am just pointing out that in the long run probably will lead to increased sales in the upper market as more people are exposed to the computer. JDN
