I think there has already several films with the same theme... the problem is she had plenty of time to name names (and she did name a few well known folks..) but it basically came to naught.
(Demanding leniency by threatening to name names.. bad idea.. the government will just come after you harder...)

If I had been her in the face of authority I would have displayed shock and contrition at what my employees were doing. Maybe hire a public relations person and go on Oprah. The tragedy in my mind is that she was facing prison time and financial ruin for arranging liaisons between mutual consenting adults.
