Any idea how to compare the '89-90 and the '99-2000 recessions to the current day? We had a 7% unemployment in the last 20 years or so.....What were the widows and children doing them? What did everyone do when Carter was President, gas went from 30cents/gal with gas wars to (gasp) over $1.00/gal...and interest rates were over 21%?
