Incidentally while I am passing the time watching gold go down when it's supposed to be rising, I am more convinced than ever that technical analysis is good for only one thing: It is great for describing what happened in the past. To predict the future it is useless. A little common sense and a lot of blind luck is worth more than anybody's technical analysis. IMO
