Some American men would ask Asian women how they get in America ..

Generally that's a benign question (and I've heard American women ask Asian (European, African, etc) men and women the same question..) Americans have an amorphous identity which is more fluid than European, Latin, or Asian cultures so sometimes they are curious (without malice) about how other people arrived in the US. I wouldn't consider that question by itself (depending upon the tone of voice and follow up questions) problematic.

Even an immigration officer would suspect them and ask if they immigrate to US just for marriage.
Green card marriages (to Asians, Africans, Latinos, Europeans etc..) is very common, that's a normal question to ask. I know of at least a dozen such marriages. (It's against US immigration law to marry someone just so they can get a green card)
