Reverse split without real profit margin prospects and good business plan, was a short lived fool's paradise. Java management had also hoped that their dreams will pan out. Unfortunately dreams do not fix their hardware problem(losing data); which caused them to lose business at ebay and other service oriented customers. Revenue decreased.

The partnership with Fujitsu still holds, and MySQl purchase may still work out in the long run. But Mysql has no magic bullet to prevent data losing crashes.

So, the problem is fundamental(bad gold plating on Java hardware connectors), causing high contact resistance unexpectedly.

We still hold some Java stock, but its hopeless for quick recovery for now. A new business plan has to be engineering on vibration control and contact resistance prevention with boundary lubricants. Afterwards, continue to get service business to grow.
