Another thing donald duck never addresses is the preferred share holders. If anything of value exists after initial equity distributions, who gets what is left and in what order? And if a shell remains to be forwarded, what if any claim can be legally made? It surely doesn't include common shareholders. With what is owed to AJW and two insiders and any perceived remaining value after those payments, do you really believe common shares will get anything beyond what they have already gotten? A few leaseholds and furniture were all Shearson ever was.

The truth is, preferred shareholders will be disappointed......... or rather, the ones who have waited too long to exit. Look at all the in-between volume for months and months. That can only be two things - insiders systematically selling or new shares coming out.

Enjoy.
