Reverse split hurts this stock, because management can not maintain earnings per share expectation. But it can be redeemed by forward split, when profits roll in.

Incubator investments also looked to be lack of management control, to push for stockholder's value. Venture capitalist generally pushes out present management and installs more experienced bigger company management for quick expansion.

Lawler has to revive management search to recruit supply chain software expertise beyond shipping cost management. Shipment returns are costly and hard to squeeze out a profit from quality assurance rejects(cheaper to throw away and make more new production units at mass production cost). Supply chain software must include QA to avoid returns, reduce down to 1% rejects. This means, software to correlate with customer incoming test procedure; from incoming raw material(supply) to finished products, traceability and inspection, using lot traveling sheet.
