I am still wondering if Hummingbird is interested in any other companies like Pc Docs. HUMMINGBIRD AND ANDYNE COMPUTING ANNOUNCE AGREEMENT TO MERGE ww2.newswire.ca Oct. 15 /CNW/ - Hummingbird Communications Limited (TSE: ''HUM'' and NASDAQ: ''HUMCF'') and Andyne Computing Limited (TSE:''ADY'' and NASDAQ: ''ADYNF'') today announced that they have entered into an agreement providing for the amalgamation of Andyne with a wholly owned subsidiary of Hummingbird under which each outstanding share of Andyne will be exchanged for 0.18745 of a Hummingbird common share upon the effective date of amalgamation. The transaction is valued at estimately US$60 million. As a result of the proposed merger, Andyne will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hummingbird --- Mike
