we can rent a movie set building for a day in wherever, and hire a few locals to put in costumes, and perhaps get taiwan to front the cost, as well as a normal profit - will mars do ;0)
as to trinidad, i actually think i should be able to pull off a meeting at least, at least with a bunch of retired diplo types and maybe even some ex-ministers, and 30 mil sounds about right
philippines would be tougher, as it actually needs china cooperation, even though plenty of politician would like to have a chance at some loot |
