Would like my 2 cents to your comment related to what is wrong and right

1. I am very much for confiscating all the assets of the top management starting at least from managing directors and SVP’s and up, of WS banks and commercial banks which where involved in all type of securitizations SIV, CDO CLO etc. as those assets are stolen assets they amassed on the expense of all of us (Personally I do not think they have a right to breath fresh air).

Unfortunate this will remain as a wish and not put in action and therefore I not only blame the FED but the whole legal and enforcement system worldwide

2. as an analogy if you have a child which was raised quite liberally and you gave him all choices. It turns out he went into criminal activity – what you do? Deny that he ever exist? Or as a loving parent you try to put him into a rehabilitation program with the hope he will recover?

3. In this respect I see the FED action as a carrying parent to the debt outstanding in the market – this debt is already born and has a life of it’s own!! – 3 month LIBOR rates are at 85 bp above FED funds which renders the lowering of interest rates by the FED as irrelevant. The action taken to take those securities as collateral and increase liquidity is positive as they have no other choice aside from lowering interest rates to ZERO.

4. Aside from the thieves and swindlers in the financial markets (which should be eliminated for good) there are also bona-fide businesses who need credit for their operations to engage in productive work – what are the choices? To punish them in the zeal to punish the thieves and swindlers?

5. Under prevalent circumstances and lack of political will to punish the thieves and swindlers within the financial markets, I do not think so, and I would suggest to any one on this board to press his elected representative for the harsh punishment of WS managers as mentioned on (1) and the confiscation of their assets (moaning on this board is counter productive - go on and protest and write!!!)

6. Nothing works better than to hit the criminal where it hurts most and in this case it would work as a charm to eliminate the persistent thievery of so many high ranking employees in the financial markets and the banking system.

7. Those shadowy types who push the limit of legality in financial market, all they care about is how to enrich themselves on the expense of all of us and they are those that MUST BE PUNISHED

BWDIK and thanks for reading my rant ?
