for new money coming in at today's prices there is too much good potential.

This stock and company are one of the few majors that never recovered from the tech bubble collapse in 2001. What in the world do you think they have that could be called "potential"? The only way I can see this stock working is to sell the company at fire sale prices to IBM or HPQ. On their own they have no future but to lose market share en perpetuity.
