M.A. Miller, you gotta wonder what is the whole picture? GTE 38B in assets, 7B in equity, 400M in cash is buying MCI for 28B. Where are they getting the money? Can't be a debt or equity offering, its too big. Its gotta be something even bigger! Anybody know how much cash BT has got on their balance sheet?
