Hi Stockfarmer, Thank you for all your analysis. It has made the collective thread think hard and dig deep. Being a very simple person, (I'm in customer service!) I have had to struggle hard to understand the concepts you all have put forth. So far you have discussed and opined and finally said that you feel there will be a settlement before Due Process Runs it's course. I hate to ask a simple question because you are a man of heavy analytical bent. But I would like to know with all your experience and knowledge, what your gut says and who you feel has the stronger argument? I really rely on the thread to keep me informed, so I want to thank you all! fws
