Okay here is my pair.Short TS.B on the TSX and go long BVF on the TSX with the proceeds.I like this idea and it will be interesting to see some more and maybe why.

short... TS.B......media ,newspaper business that I think will have shrinking revenue.

long... BVF...drugs, recession proof? takeover candidate,high yield,low P/E and starting to run.
