Really nice watching all those together, thanks. A couple observations: -did Turcotte EVER have to pull the whip out, Secretariat was an absolutely instinctual machine...amazing. -Kentucky Derby quarter mile fractions for Secretariat...nothing else to say here: 0:25 1/5 0:24 0:23 4/5 0:23 2/5 0:23 -Wonder if Sham (who had a helluva year, including a win over Secretariat) would have been half the horse in the crown races without running against the star (I'm going to have to poke around on that Wood Mem race...there must be a story there)
