Did you see 60 minutes on that guy "Brock" who treated 17,000 patients last year with a budget of 250,000 dollars with his traveling medical professionals.

The sad truth is this is all about money and it's not about stewardship. The middle man (insurance co) has become all powerful in California and they have done it by violating state statutes.

"Only a licensed Physician may modify delay or deny treatment." To quote California SB899. Yet Insurance companies and adjusters violate this statute all the time. They simply don't care because there are no checks or balances to stop it. They hide behind the corporate veil like cowards.

They can even promise to pay and then decide not to. Nothing to stop it. What are you going to do. Take the Insurance company to a kangaroo court of statutory law judges? Oh pleeze.

The california system of Health Care has become an Anti-Trust Price fixing accident waiting to happen. MediCare Intermediaries are being shuffled around from state to state?? Why?? What will that accomplish?? Medi-Cal is a slush fund for the benefit of beauracratic fools.

Too many questions. So few answers.

If Clinton gets elected, at least, (IMO) she has some understanding of the problem. There are few proponents of the "employer mandated health care" that was a BIG problem in 1992. I think most people are happy to throw out the present system except the private insurance co's, HMO's, drug co's, hedge funds, ect. that got rich off of it.

best...
