That's really true John. Whenever I get too pessimistic, I just ponder the fact that I grew up in a world that, at it's height, had 40,000 top grade, A#1 unstoppable Soviet nuclear weapons targeted on my country by people just as likely to make a mistake as me.
But somehow, through the work of men of good will, that number is less than 8,000 today, and they aren't targeted at America. It's likely to decline to 2,000, if current plans are followed.
So, when I see these neocons trembling before raghead, cave-dwelling terrorists TRYING to get ONE bomb, I just have to laugh. What a bunch of fear-mongered pussies. |
