Have you ever travelled to any of these third world nations? Then you would recognize that we are spending huge sums of money to control pollutions. On a pound per mbtu our fuel consumption is hugely cleaner than the othe 2/3 of the world.

If they were following our example we would have tons less Nox, SOx, particulate matter, etc in the air.

I would not encourage any of these countries to waste money on CO2 control, first lets see if they can apply proven technology to real well known problems.

So control your guilt, our air and water is very clean compared to the other world you are defending.
