TJ, after contemplation for a few days of the Yahoo! share price which summarizes the decision by Microsoft and Yahoo! to not come to an agreement, perhaps Microsoft will say, "Hey, look, it's obvious that the shareholders are keen to sell, but at a reasonable price. So, for 72 hours, we are reinstating the previous offer, but with a slight increase to allow for the continued recovery of the stock market and that increase in the form of a Happy Meal quantity of MSFT shares to recognize the increase in value of MSFT and Yahoo! if we succeed in the merger. Don't mess us around. Yes, we have boodles of bucks but we like to keep lots of them and we didn't get rich by being stupid. Take the much fairer offer than anyone else has even thought slightly of giving you. Signed... $ill. PS: Please donate half this extra offer to the Bill and Melinda Gates Charitable Foundation to show your appreciation."

Seeing around corners involves not just the first corner, but the one after that and after that and after that; just as you can do over things like Taiwan, Tibet. Some like you and Zim the Amazing can predict many corners ahead and know which will have depleted uranium flying by at just the wrong time.
