Sprint Nextel to be taken over by Deutsche Telekom, price could reach 50B including debt, implying around $10 (EUR 6.50) per share. A potential bid could come in Q2. With its solid cash flows in the $10B range, Sprint Nextel is a good fit for Deutsche but having three technologies on one network is a challenge. The stock trades at 8.50 and various Sprint bonds improved about 2%.
