Carter isn't doing anything but looking for publicity.

I'd say the problem isn't the Palestinians or the Israelis. It's the terror funded groups who publicly state and demonstrate their goal of eliminating anyone who doesn't bow down to their twisted version of Islam. When someone comes along and starts hurling a missile into Tehran for every missile that lands in Israel, then some constructive dialogue will take place. Right now, it's nothing but a photo op for politicians and cockroaches who love the spotlight and attention.

I'd start with untying the hands of our people who could effect real change in the middle east. Starting with the CIA.
