Here's an idea.

During the last week of one's monthly stint as Reflections Manager, e-mail the list to the next person to take it over so he/she has the complete, updated list.

Or, is that too organized?

Sorry I have not been able to take on doing Reflections. My life is just too chaotic at the moment to take on one more responsibility.
