What is it that insults Clinton supporters in calling Hillary a knifefighter? She seems to be promoting that image intentionally (sighing boxing gloves?). For some people, however, that image is not a positive one. The whole macho thing got very old watching Bush play cowboy. Other people may believe that we need someone tough in that particular way, and that's fine. Making fun of Carville (public figures are always fair game) is very different from saying all Clinton supporters are thugs.
