Yes, and I think it safe to assume that once the stock trades at or above $24 for 20 consecutive days, written notification of the intended conversion by the company will likely follow. Whereupon, the warrant holder will have thirty days to decide whether to buy the stock, sell the warrants in the open market, or any combination of the two.

Practically speaking, most of the warrants will eventually be held by institutions. A good percentage already are.
