Thanks Bob...looks like I'll be away quite a bit over the next couple of weeks or so until we get moved to the other condo...hope all goes well for everyone here! We had a really nice time in California...some tough hits in home prices in the neighborhood of the wife's sister...one home just sold as a bank repo for $550k for a 3900 sq. ft. house a few blocks away...they said they estimated it was about $1.3 - $l.4 million normally for those homes that size...yikes! Though they're not underwater by much, her sister's home is about $30k below what they paid for it now after being up well over $100k a couple of years back...tuna
