You are correct there is nothing stated specifically about LACC, and there is the uncertainty associated with the wording "anticipated" and "foundation for". This is always great stuff for frustration & debate. Was ACII , are they now, and will they continue to actively "fool people as they once were". are all inference in your post, that although you window dress as your opinion, are accusations of fraudulent behavior. Certainly nothing I would invest in or an "opinion" I share. Try and run a company, develop & launch a patent, get your foot into the doors of the kinds of industries this company is venturing in to and tell me how certain or specific you would be? Frustrating yes, fraudulent or fooling, I do not think so.
What I do read in this press release is that ACII is continuing to contract & build/sell orders, that ACII is machining themselves & shipping it out. The parts they are describing are those that one would attribute to the LACC process. ACII / KSI so what. But it is "in house" so to speak.
But the brass ring I read in this press release is specifically in what is does say: that current activities are "... lay(ing) the foundation for anticipated production orders for AmeriChip's patented Laser Assisted Chip Control (LACC) technology."
Take orders, machine the parts in house, nice , but ultimately sell the technology itself, to and under the roofs of other manufacturing companies - is that not the greater, real money making direction for this company? My apologies if this post comes out rambling or strong but I just don't think ACII is "fooling" |
