You see it that way because you choose to see things in a corrupt manner. It supports your commitments to misguided loyalties. Terrorism as used in modern times, refers to the targeting of innocents in a way that causes harm to a third party enemy. I can see how Shock and awe would apply if you can convince me the targets were innocent third party bystanders, which you've not done so far.
