The way they are doing it actually "hides" a lot of the cost of these WARs.

A lot of the War spending is also included in the DoD budget, but they come out with these "special supplements" or whatever they're called so we don't get a real handle on WHAT these Wars are actually costing, especially Iraq.

Eventually people are going to start asking "how come the electrical grid and the highways in my area are crap, but we still need to spend all these trillions on Iraq and all these other military situations?"
