AMD is technically OK but I'm not so condident given their production-process storytail. I want results first.. I would give IDTI a look instead. That company is delivering steady results. Their C6 is now hitting the street. 300 Mhz version will be out this year, 400 Mhz with improved MMX (dual pipe) and faster FP support will be out beginning of 1998. Also I mean they got their own fabs.

KLIC I think would be a terrific investment to buy end of November (Nov 20th).
