This is the main concern for USD. The only way to reduce that number is for US to go into deep recession, significantly cut financial economy, and emerge from that recession with huge jobs growth in manufacturing. As the Fed fights the recession by providing life line to Wall Street, the current account will only increase. en.wikipedia.org
