Chung, If TMAI is so good, why would potential customers hold off as a result of the merger? I thought AVNT and TMAI were in different ends of the business. When a company has a losing quarter after many successive growing quarters, one has to wonder if their technology or products have run their course. TMAI's balance sheet looks weak. Maybe the principals thought it was a good time to bail, even if they were left with AVNT paper. I noticed they are blaming the loss of business on declining sales in Asia. It is probably no coincidence that Asia is where AVNT has it's strongest sales. In any event, it is hard to imagine this company is now worth 150M. Ron
