BULLSHIT, house prices falling due to one thing.

What can you rent a property for and will it cash flow!

NO f'in way at these bubble prices, and that is not just in US.

Gas prices my ass.

What ever happened to, 'buy that house, because it has cash flow!.....you buy something when it offers cash flow on capital investment.....houses have a long way to drop till this becomes reality again! You buy a stock for its dividend, what is the cash flow, 5%, 10%..

And I buy a stock based on one thing in this bubble market, HOW MUCH CASH PER SHARE AND HOW MUCH DEBT! If I can buy a stock with a solid business model at cash or 2xs cash, with minimal or no debt, I am interested!

Look at VIT, over 5 bucks cash, it hit 5 bucks this year and is now trading in the 10s (2xs cash) or 100% return on capital in months.....find these and you will win in this market!
