Well, All I can add here is that Fidelity's online order entry is pretty sucky.

- The website may sometimes not allow you to modify an existing order, and all you can do is watch the market move.

- order entry may inject spurious terms in the order after you click on "verify" button. You may of course never know what exactly hit you.

- The website shuts down order entry when the pricing system is not fully operational. So, that's trouble squared!

Fidelity's common response to all these problems - after you have wasted another 30 minutes of your life on telephone with them - is of course very P.C. -- they are sorry, they are apologetic, and that's probably the long and short of it.

Another customer, another day.
