Thank you on her behalf! That is very sweet of you. If she does move there, I would visit and hope to meet all 3 of you. She is the PR account executive of an oil exploration firm in Houston. Her company and the oil firm are parting ways, and they have offered her a job with them in Houston. But, she has a boyfriend in Chapel Hill and all that goes with that. She has time to consider anyway - the contract has four months to run.
