Sylvan! IDX!

Does anyone know for sure when Sylvan is releasing earnings and when their stockholder meeting is. Given our current situation it might seem plausable that they might try to time the two together and release the news together either at or just prior to the meeting. This is strictly conjecture on my part, but would seem to make perfect sense. It would definitely make an impression!
