One may ask, "why have we long term investors stayed with Ampex over all these years?" The answer is simple..."because we trusted Ampex management and believed that they were working in the best interest of its shareholders in developing and monetizing its patents." Little did we know why management was so tight lipped and disclosed very little of what they were doing, especially after Bramson was fired and Strickland hired on as CEO. Stickland and McKibben have led us all to believe that they were negotiating with Hillside to resolve its debt with Hillside. Anyone remember Strickland and McKibben saying that Hillside had no justification for filing foreclosure actions against Ampex? Also, does anyone believe that Bramson will join or be one of the stockholders to oppose the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy by Ampex on May 14, 2008 hearing?
