I complained about this table early last year. Spansion still hasn't improved it. spansion.com It is a table of their multi-chip packages. Most of them have flash combined with pseudo static RAM or DRAM. No column of the table mentions whether SRAM, PSRAM, DRAM, or DDR DRAM is in the package. No mention about the quantity either. Pathetic marketing. There are 125 rows in the table. To find what's in each MCP, you have to click and open up each one. Ridiculous.
