Mr market probably reads this board and realizes posts are way up from a year or two ago..he has a way of screwing with the prevailing theme.. Maybe the real theme is most national public builders survive while most all the small local private guys are going under thus making them even stronger coming out of this depression in 3-4 years? I'm shocked HOV, BZH or WCI is still standing but haven't cared in a while either way..
