Regarding 4G would QCOM have a stronger patent portfolio argument with LTE or WiMax in your opinion? This is just a guess but I would put my money on LTE. Qualcomm has participated in the development of LTE while ignoring WiMAX entirely. They will also be among the first to market with a LTE capable product and that brings up the possibility of the "implementation" patents that Nomura was talking about. Slacker
