There is more work for ARRS to sign up the language TV stations to be broadcasted around the world on-demand. Comcast now offers asian cti zhong tian TV channel for $11.95 per month for chinese viewers in the US. There are many major languages, english, spanish, portugese, chinese, French, and Russian, etc. that ARRS needed as partners to be offered around the world as on-demand channel programming options. At $11.95 per month, the on-demand channels can be a real money making revenue for cable. Eventually for telco as well. Satellite TV may have content limitations by bandwidth limitation?
