TCI would never purchase ACTV. The purchaser would be Fox. Who cares what the stock does over next few days. Look at next 12 months. The cable operator be a small cable operator wrong wrong.......Do youb really believe ACTV is in Texas by there own choice and in same building with Fox is by coincidents. Try to see the big picture and put the puzzle together. The stock isn't moving because of a comment from someone named Art. People are seeing the big picture. Take a look at LeGroup Videotron it was bought out by Cable and Wireless. Cable and wireless just put a huge advertisement out saying there going digital and how would people like to control the camera angle on there favorite sporting event. Cable and wireless see a big revenue with ACTV. ACTV gave up there revenues with LeGroup Videotron. There were 120,000 subscribers, but LeGroup couldn't put together programming. I believe Cable and Wireless needs ACTV. I saw the add. The preferred holders for the most part ther weak ones are gone.
