The pollsters and pandit have been so focussed in the Democratic primary that they have missed a very important point with McCain. McCain continues to be rejected by 25% of the Republicans. He cannot have so many Republicans reject him at a time when the enthusiasm amongst Democratic voters is very high. I expect to see a lot of red states go blue just because the Dems in these states will turn out in larger numbers than the Repubs have been in the last two elections.

This election is going to be very different and I will keep saying it over and over again until I see posts that shun the traditional punditry. In Nov. of last year, no punditry would have predicted that grass roots Democrats would reject the Clinton machine. Everybody was talking about a coronation then and now those folks are talking not about abdication but a funeral. Same with McCain. Folks jumped McCain's ship, pundits were writing him off. And he bounced back beating the money machine of Romney, the evangelical appeal etc. etc.
