I remember looking in a 10K a few years ago, and seeing some, but not all, of the DP-IV licensees listed. One that was not (I think) was Roche:

siliconinvestor.com

Again, I gather that anyone wishing to use this target has to go through OSI, though I still haven't seen any indication that Phenomix has done so. Or Roche, for that matter. But OSI may well have a piece of the Roche compound.
