Jindal on the ticket would certainly shake things up, but it would also neutralize much of the experience argument against Obama.

You're right, it would neutralize McCain's experience argument, though it would undoubtedly supercharge the base. If McCain lost to Obama, Jindal, who would still be governor of Louisiana, would be the early favorite for the 2012 nomination. Unfortunately, after four years of Obama, I fear that the country might be permanently turned off to the prospect of electing anyone that is not perceived as being thoroughly seasoned, regardless of their accomplishments and intellect.
